This policy explains how True Blue Asset Services Private Limited (“True Blue”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use www.tbas.in (the “website”) or contact us. It is published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Who we are

True Blue Asset Services Private Limited, 4th Floor, GNR RV Insignia, 28, 29, 30 Silicon Valley Layout, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081. We arrange loans and leases for construction and mining equipment and commercial vehicles through partner banks and non-banking financial companies (NBFCs). We are not ourselves the lender on loans we arrange; credit decisions are made by the lending institution.

What we collect

Enquiry details. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, mobile number and the message you write.
Information you give us later. If you ask us to arrange finance, we may collect further details needed by lenders, such as identity and address documents, business and financial information, and details of the equipment or vehicle. We collect these only with your consent and for that purpose.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages and time of your visit, for security and to keep the website running.

The EMI calculator runs entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are not sent to us.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and contact you about it.
To arrange finance or other services you ask us for, including sharing your application with partner lenders.
To keep the website secure and working properly.
To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Partner banks and NBFCs, when you ask us to arrange finance, so they can assess and process your application.
Service providers who help us run our business, such as our website hosting and email providers, under obligations to protect your data.
Government, regulatory or law enforcement authorities, where we are required to by law.

Third-party services and cookies

The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and Google receives your IP address. Links to other websites, such as social media pages and Google Maps, are governed by those sites’ own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and for any follow-up business relationship. Information relating to finance you have applied for is kept for as long as required by law and by our agreements with lenders. We then delete it or make it anonymous.

How we protect it

We use reasonable security practices and procedures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, misuse, alteration or loss. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can:

ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we have used it;
ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your personal data;
withdraw consent you have given us, without affecting anything done before you withdrew it;
nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity; and
raise a grievance with us, and, if it is not resolved, approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
